You'll always find the charging card in the card holder in the glove compartment, in front of the passenger seat. Is the charging card not there? Then report this as a missing item via the Vloto app. Already driven off and there's no charging card? Then you can always pay at a fast charger with your own debit or credit card. Send us the invoice and we'll reimburse the costs. If you lost the charging card yourself, please report this via the app as well. A €10 charge will then be applied for a new charging card.
