We always try to make sure everyone sets off with a full battery. Unfortunately this isn't always in our own hands, and we try to encourage all customers to plug the car in after use. Is the car not full enough for your trip? You can top up at a fast charger for free (roughly 100km in 10 minutes) with the charging card in the car. No time for that? Then cancel your booking and reserve another car.
