I can't get the charging cable out of the car or the charging point, now what?

1. Scan the charging card against the charging point to stop the charging. 

2. Remove the charging cable from the charger and then from the car. 

3. Some cars have a small button by the charging port that you have to press first. 

4. Put the charging cable back in the boot and the charging card back in the card reader in the glove compartment. 

Still can't get the cable loose? Then try the following. Close all the doors and lock/unlock the car twice with the app. After that the cable usually comes loose by itself. If this doesn't work, please contact our customer service. They will help you as soon as possible.
