May I share my account with others (such as family members)?

Your Vloto account is strictly personal. Only you are authorised to drive the car when you make a booking with your account. This is important for insurance cover and for safety on our platform. 

• The risk: lending your account to third parties is prohibited. If you break this rule, you risk a €1,000 fine and immediate exclusion from Vloto. 
• The solution (Family account): Do you want to share your subscription and payment method with family members or housemates at the same address? Then create a family account! In the app, go to Account → Family account and invite them. They then create their own account, so they can hit the road insured and safe too. Please note: each family member must individually meet our entry requirements (such as age and driving experience).
